FREDERICKTOWN — The Percheron Horse Association of America held the 2013 Spring Plowing competition Saturday at their headquarters in Fredericktown. Monday’s story in the News cited the wrong name as the first place winner of the Obstacle Course; the winner was Stanley Rine of St. Louisville. The full results are listed below:
