DANVILLE — “Being here is like everything you’ve ever dreamed of. It’s a fairytale,” said Stine Viberg, a foreign exchange student attending Danville High School. “When the pages stop turning, you’re going back to reality again. I connected to America.”

Viberg is from Finnsnes, Norway, and she came to stay with Duane and Sheryl Mickley when their daughter, Melissa, a sophomore at Danville High School, told them she wanted to invite the Norwegian student to stay with them.
