MOUNT VERNON — Staying physically fit in today’s society cannot always be an easy task to accomplish. And while the formula of eating right and getting adequate exercise is well documented, fitting these habits into one’s daily schedule can seem to be a nearly impossible task. In getting around the strict regimen of diet and exercise, implementing a few simple tips into one’s daily routine can go a long way in developing a fit and healthy lifestyle.
There are a number of helpful exercise tips that people can work into their daily routine. Park far away from the entrance when you go to the store to make yourself walk even further. Take the stairs instead of riding the elevator. Remember to allow yourself extra time so this can be possible.
