Schocken explained that the county’s allocation was substantially less in 2013, totaling $83,000. Of this total, 20 percent is available for administration/fair housing/advertising. Of the remaining $67,000, a total of $30,000 has been committed to the village of Danville in conjunction with a Nature Works project for paving of the Danville Memorial Park parking lot.

This leaves $37,000 available, which a portion must be dedicated toward a critical infrastructure project in Brown Township which will see the replacement of several small bridges and culverts around the township. Estimated total estimated cost of $414,527.
