Mount Vernon Parking Co. President Mike Hillier said Small’s Asphalt Paving Co. was the low bidder for the pavement work and Bebout Masonry was the low bidder for the wall repairs. Small’s has subcontracted Richland Sealing Co. to do the sealing work.

Total price is about $38,000, with $30,00 coming from the Harold and Robert Johnson Fund of the Community Foundation of Mount Vernon and Knox County and $8,000 from Mount Vernon Parking Co. revenue.
