Persian Gulf War: Eligible service period is Aug. 2, 1990, through March 3, 1991. Deadline to apply is Dec. 31, 2013.

Iraq War: Eligible service period is March 19, 2003, through Dec. 31, 2011. Deadline to apply is Dec. 31, 2014.

Afghanistan War: Eligible service period began Oct. 7, 2001 and remains open. No application deadline has been established.
