MOUNT VERNON — Would you like to know more about the candidates vying for Knox County Sheriff and Knox County Treasurer or ask them some questions?
Candidates for both of these position are invited guests at a Meet the Candidates Town Hall Meeting. On Thursday, citizens of Knox County will have an opportunity to ask questions directly to the people who are asking for their vote during the March 6 primary election.
The event is sponsored by the Knox County 912 Project, a non-partisan, patriotic, conservative action group. It is being held at the Knox County Career Center, Adult Education Building, Room 28, 308 Martinsburg Road. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and meeting begins at 7 p.m.
The event is free and open to the public.
