CENTERBURG — The Centerburg Area Business Association held its monthly meeting Monday, March 19, with Dale Pennington presiding. There were seven members present to discuss various topics and events that will be coming to Centerburg over the next several months.
The annual Central Ohio Cruise-In is set for Sunday, May 20, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. with an entry fee. Trophies will be awarded at 3 p.m. Food vendors and raffle prizes will be part of the event. For more information, please contact Pennington at 740-627-0236 or email email@example.com.
The Kelly Miller Circus will be in town Friday, May 25, for two performances. Last year’s circus shows were a huge success and brought a nice event to Centerburg that showcased death-defying talent. For more information on tickets and showtimes contact Pennington or Dave Humphrey at 740-625-6136.
The Centerburg Area Business Association and other organizations in the village are working on setting in place a new village sign for information of upcoming events and festivals. The sign and its landscaping will be located in the municipal parking lot at the intersection of Main Street and North Clayton Street. The sign with all the details should be in place by mid-summer.
The next regular CABA meeting is set for Monday, April 16, at 7 p.m. in the village office building.
