MOUNT VERNON — The Knox County Granges Farm-City Covered-dish Dinner will be Monday in the Mount Vernon High School cafeteria.
The flags will be presented by Knox County Career Center Junior ROTC. Mary Jewell, State Deputies Association chaplain, will give the invocation.
Entertainment will be storyteller Christie Merce and vocalist Sarah Howard.
This year the community service award will be presented to a granger.
Each grange is to provide two hot meat dishes. Everyone is to bring a covered dish to share and their own dinner ware. Rolls and beverages will be provided.
Raffle tickets are available from grange members for three prizes: a grand prize and two gift certificates. There will be door prizes.
