DANVILLE — The Association of Danville Area Ministers invites the public for a gathering Sunday at 7 p.m. at St. Luke Catholic Church, 307 S. Market St., Danville, that will feature Sonnenberg Station, a male chorus that will offer an evening of music. A freewill offering will be lifted, and there will be refreshments.
Sonnenberg Station began in the spring of 2006 with a simple goal: a few men gathering to sing songs of faith and everyday life. The name Sonnenberg Station was chosen because it gives a unique local identity and members liked the sound of it. Sonnenberg Station is actually located at a railroad crossing about a mile northeast of the Sonnenberg Mennonite and Salem Mennonite churches near Kidron.
