GAMBIER — The Kenyon College Craft Center would like to extend an invitation to the community to join the fight against hunger this weekend. Make a bowl and support the Knox County Food for the Hungry drive.
The Kenyon College Craft Center will be open to the public this Saturday between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. to create your own, unique, creative masterpiece.
Create a bowl by hand from clay or try the spinning wheel for a unique design. All bowls will be glazed and fired by Kenyon art students and then sold at the annual Empty Bowls dinner on Friday, Nov. 9. All proceeds benefit Food for the Hungry. The craft center is located at 302 Gastin Ave., Gambier.
