MOUNT VERNON — On Tuesday, there will be an evening of prayer, conversation and a special presentation from Dr. Kathleen Lutter at The Station Break (formerly the Dan Emmett Conference Center), 160 Howard St. The evening will begin at 6:30 p.m. with socializing and refreshments.

At 7:15 p.m., Dr. Lutter will speak on the HHS Mandate and how it threatens the religious freedom of all faithful citizens. Lutter is an obstetrician and gynecologist, and was recently named Columbus Diocese’s 2012 Catholic Woman of the Year.

Following the presentation by Lutter, a screening of the movie, “For Greater Glory,” which details the Mexican response to the affront on their religious liberty in the early 20th century, will be shown.

This event, sponsored by St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, is free and open to the public. Reservations may be made by email to or or by phone to 614-559-2687.
