MOUNT VERNON — Gregory Helinski will be guest speaker at the Mount Vernon Aglow meeting Monday, Nov. 12, from 7 to 9 p.m. at The Station Break Senior Citizen Center, 160 Howard St.
Growing up in Buffalo, N.Y.’s near East Side, Helinski found himself engaged in all the trappings of inner city life. His compelling testimony centers on God’s powerful gift of grace. Helinski has shared this evangelistic message of God’s love in churches and streets across the state of Ohio. He has also leveraged his career as a Certified Executive Chef to share the Gospel message in kitchens and hotels across the United States.
Helinski is a credentialed minister with the Assembly of God. He makes his home at Liberty Rocks, Ohio, with his wife, Meeshel, and their daughter, Eliyana. He attended Global University in Springfield, Mo., and has a degree in music from Villa Maria University, Buffalo, N.Y. Helinski won’t be serving a dish of food but his message will be nourishment for the spirit.
The meeting is one week earlier since the following week is Thanksgiving week.
