MOUNT VERNON The underwater world of Jacques Yves Cousteau will be the topic of the Brown Bag Chat on Wednesday at noon at the Public Library of Mount Vernon and Knox County.

Roy Glaser, PADI certified Dive Master and Master Diver, will share his expertise in SCUBA diving and snorkeling, and discuss some of the dangers and comparisons of both including levels of certification and specialties available. The presentation will conclude with beautiful underwater photographs depicting a typical SCUBA dive.

The program is free and open to the public. Feel free to bring a brown bag lunch or refreshments will be served.
