The construction report for the Ohio Department of Transportation District 3 includes an update on Ohio 546 in Richland County. Ohio 546, between the village of Lexington and the Knox County line, will have intermittent lane closures for finalization work as part of a resurfacing project. One lane of two-way traffic will be maintained at all times with flaggers. The project is expected to be completed by Friday, Nov. 5.
