Beth Anne Suain-Brown
MOUNT VERNON — Beth Anne Suain-Brown, 45, of East High Street, Mount Vernon,
passed away Wednesday, Nov. 24, 2004, at Knox Community Hospital as a result of
injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
She was born Jan. 3, 1959, in Mount Vernon, the daughter of John J. and Merita J. (Kraengel) Suain. Beth was a 1977 graduate of Mount Vernon High School. She served as a class officer and was involved in the organization of the class reunions. Beth attended Muskingum Area Technical College at Zanesville and Ohio University at Athens. She recently worked for the Knox County Head Start at Centerburg.
Surviving are her best friend and loving husband of 23 years, Dr. James W. Brown; three sons, Jonathon Brown, Nicholas Brown and Benjamin Brown, all of Mount Vernon; her mother, Merita Jean Suain of Mount Vernon; her sister, Jackie (James) Davidson of Corydon, Ind.; her brother, Dennis M. Suain of Mount Vernon; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, John Joseph “Jack” Suain; and a brother, Gregory Suain.
Friends may call Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Dowds-Snyder Funeral Home in Mount Vernon, where funeral services will follow.
Because of her warm smile, outgoing nature and positive outlook on life, Beth never knew a stranger. She will be truly missed by her loving family and many friends.
