MOUNT VERNON — Nancy L. Venis, 62, of Mount Vernon died Oct. 24, 2005, at
the Knox Community Hospital. The North-Dilley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
James M. Palmer
BEAUFORT, S.C. — James Michael Palmer, 52, of Beaufort, S.C., died Tuesday,
Oct. 18, 2005, in Charleston County, S.C., as a result of injuries received in
an automobile collision. He was a former resident of Fredericktown.
Mr. Palmer was born Aug. 14, 1953, in Ohio, a son of James and Colleen Palmer. He was an accountant with J.K. Harris and Co. in North Charleston, S.C., and was a member of the St. Peter’s Catholic Church. He also coached soccer and basketball for Beaufort County Parks and Leisure Services.
Survivors include his wife, Lucy (Pangalangan) Palmer; two daughters, Allison and Amanda Palmer, both of Beaufort; his mother of Powell; and a sister, Pamela Palmer of Dublin.
A funeral was conducted Oct. 21, 2005, at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Beaufort, S.C.
Elaine Wolf
WESTERVILLE — Elaine Wolf, 76, of Westerville died Sunday, Oct. 23, 2005.
She is survived by a son, Tim (Nancy) Wolf of Traverse City, Mich.; daughter, Ellen (Curt) Gilmore of Plain City; grandson, Chad Gilmore; twin sister, Ellen (Delbert) Willis of Sunbury; brother-in-law, Jim (Hilda) Wolf of Walhonding; aunt and uncle, Clara and Gomer Wolf of Mount Vernon; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Bob Wolf.
Friends may call Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Moreland Funeral Home, 55 E. Schrock Road, Westerville, where service will be Thursday at 10 a.m. Elder Delbert Willis will officiate. Graveside service and interment will be Thursday at 2 p.m. in Tiverton Cemetery.
