HOWARD — Sharon J. Ferguson, 68, of Howard died Saturday, Nov. 12, 2005, at The Ohio State University Medical Center.
She was born Sept. 2, 1937, in Mansfield to Gerald and Ruth (Lindecker) Ferguson. She was a 1955 graduate of Mansfield Senior High School and a member of the Order of Eastern Star. Sharon retired from First Federal Bank of Mount Vernon and had recently worked at Kmart in Mount Vernon.
She is survived by a stepbrother and stepsister-in-law, Greg and Johnnie Fisher of Galion; three stepnieces, Kim Sievert, Beth Fisher and Amy Powell; several cousins, Bob and Marta Bolen, Ruth Anne Woodard, Gary Bolen; and her precious dog, Murphy Ferguson.
There will be a memorial service Monday, Dec. 5, at 6 p.m. in the chapel at the Ohio Eastern Star Home, 1451 Gambier Road, Mount Vernon. The Dowds-Snyder Funeral Home assisted with arrangements.

LADY LAKE, Fla. — Geraldine “Gerri” Elmira (Banbury) Sellers,
89, of Lady Lake, Fla., died Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2005.
Geraldine was the daughter of Hugh C. and Mary Banbury, born in Danville, Ohio, on March 17, 1916. Gerri was a pianist and volunteered for 18 years at “WeCare” facility in Wildwood. She moved to Lady Lake from Loudonville, Ohio, in 1957. She was an avid seamstress and enjoyed fishing. She was a member of Northside Christian Church of Fruitland Park, Fla., and a member of RSVP. She and her late husband, Wilbert, played music in the local area for the past 25 years. They were named Volunteers of the Year for Lake County in 1988.
She is survived by children, Mary (Stan) Jaje of Fruitland Park, Fla., and Linda Taylor of Lady Lake, Fla.; a sister, Evelyn (Arthur) Hughett DeCamp of Lady Lake, Fla.; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and one nephew.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and one son, Paul Sellers of Carson City, Nev.
Memorial services will be held Thursday, Dec. 8, at 2 p.m. at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Fla., with Mr. Ed Kelly officiating.
