Joanne E. Albert
MOUNT VERNON — Joanne E. Albert, 80, of Mount Vernon died Saturday, Feb. 3, 2007, at the Country Club Retirement Campus in Mount Vernon.

Joanne was born Jan. 4, 1927, in Tiffin to Hiram and Doris Moberly and had been a resident of the Knox County area since 1963. She retired in 1990 from Ashland College and for the past 15 years had served as a foster grandparent at the Mount Vernon Developmental Center.

Joanne was a member of the Pythian Sisters in Fredericktown, Ann Hill Chapter Order of Eastern Star in Fredericktown and the Ladies of the Moose in Mount Vernon. Her interests included gardening, bingo, reading, watching her soaps and ice skating on television and bird watching but her passion in life was her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Surviving are her daughters, Diane S. (Randy Bradford) Zolman of Howard, Carla Jo (Bob) Bauserman and Brenda (Dave) Barkschat, both of Fredericktown; her six grandchildren, Mark Zolman, Chip (Amanda) Zolman, David A. Priest Jr., Christopher Snow, Jenny (Rob) Armstrong and Rebecca Barkschat; five great-grandchildren; and her brother, Richard Dryfuse of Tiffin.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Carl F. Albert, in 1967; and her brother, Robert Dryfuse.

Friends may call Tuesday from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Flowers-Snyder Funeral Home in Mount Vernon. A graveside service will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. in Mount Vernon Memorial Gardens, with Pastor William Fulda officiating.

FREDERICKTOWN — Patricia M. Cramer, 53, of Boyd Street, Fredericktown, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 4, 2007, at the Triumph Hospital of Mansfield. The arrangements are under the care and direction of the Snyder Funeral Home in Fredericktown.

Nanette Wayne
FREDERICKTOWN — Nanette Wayne, 78, of Mount Vernon Avenue, Fredericktown, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 4, 2007, at her home. The arrangements are under the care and direction of the Snyder Funeral Home in Fredericktown.
