UTICA -- A funeral service for Donna J. Alexander, 59, of Utica will be held Friday, Jan. 18, at 11 a.m. at Law-Baker Funeral Home with Bruce Hissong officiating.

MOUNT VERNON -- Jimmy Lee Gillespie, 42, of West High Street, Mount Vernon, passed away Monday, Jan. 14, 2008, at his home. A graveside service in Mound View Cemetery is pending. The arrangements are under the care and direction of the Dowds-Snyder Funeral Home.

HOWARD -- William R. "Bill"Gillogly, 73, of Apple Valley passed away on Wednesday morning, Jan. 16, 2008, at his home.

MARION -- Rev. Robert A. Maugans, 93, of Marion went to be with the Lord on Monday evening, Jan. 14, 2008, at the Marion Manor Nursing Home following an extended illness.

MOUNT VERNON -- Michael Lee Shannon Sr., 49, of Mount Vernon died Sunday, Jan. 13, 2008, at the Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus.

NEWARK -- A Mass of Christian burial for Marjorie M. Shomaker, 80, of Newark will be Friday, Jan. 18, at 10 a.m. at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church with the Rev. Adam Streitenberger as celebrant. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
