MOUNT VERNON — Jacqueline Stichert, 60, of Hall Drive, Mount Vernon, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, Jan. 14, 2008, at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus.
She was born March 16, 1947, in Akron to John and Madeleine Love. Jacqueline was a 1965 graduate of Mount Vernon High School and later received her Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the Mount Vernon Nazarene College. She worked the last 30 years as a Certified Public Accountant for Dennis & Schisler Inc. and became partner in 1995. Jacqueline’s greatest love was her family and especially her grandchildren.
Besides her mother, she is survived by her husband of 45 years, Karl Stichert; a son, Karl A. (Toni) Stichert of Mount Vernon; two daughters, Constance (Joseph) Blankenship of Gahanna and Jacquenette (Douglas) Blaydes of Canton; and seven grandchildren, Karleigh, Valerie, Jared and Jacob Stichert, Cassondra Blankenship, Taylor and Nathan Blaydes.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Friends may call on Monday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Flowers-Snyder Funeral Home, 619 E. High St., Mount Vernon, OH 43050. The family will observe a private burial.
