R.E. ‘Bill’ Kealiher

ST. LOUISVILLE — A memorial service for R.E. “Bill” Kealiher, 78, of St. Louisville will be held Saturday, Feb. 9, at 11 a.m. at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, 2569 Mount Vernon Road, Ohio 13, with Pastor Frederich Weber officiating.

Bill died Feb. 1, 2008, at Flint Ridge Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Newark. He was born Jan. 29, 1930, in Grand Island, Neb., to the late Russell L. Carolyn E. (Roth) Kealiher.

Bill was a Korean War Army veteran and attended St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in Vanatta. He retired after 37 years from Columbus & Southern Power/AEP. Bill was a past master of Grove City Masonic Lodge 689, Aladdin Shrine Center, Past Master’s Unit of Shrine, Order Eastern Star 502 Grove City, 32nd Degree Scottish Rite.

He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Betty L. (Bruce) Kealiher of St. Louisville; son and daughter-in-law, Kerry J. and Kathy Kealiher of Coshocton; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his son, Mark Kealiher.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, 2569 Mount Vernon Road, Newark, OH 43055; or Hospice of Central Ohio, 2269 Cherry Valley Road SE, Newark, OH 43055.

Law-Baker Funeral Home, 34 N. Main St., Utica, assisted the family with arrangements.
