Mary Lou Frost

NEWARK — A funeral service for Mary Lou Frost, 79, of Newark will be Tuesday, Feb. 12, at 1 p.m. at the Newark Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home with Pastor Bruce Hissong officiating. Burial will be in Wilson Cemetery.

Mrs. Frost passed away Friday evening, Feb. 8, 2008, at her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was born May 9, 1928, in Granville to the late Frank W. and Anna (Hoskinson) Ressler. She graduated from Granville High School in 1946. In addition to raising her family, she had worked as a realtor for Woeste Real Estate and later Coldwell Banker-King Thompson in Newark. She also was a Stanley Home Products dealer for over 45 years. Mrs. Frost was a member of the Northside Church of Christ.

Survivors include daughters, Vicky Walbright of Newark, Jacqueline McKee of Newark, Roberta Barnes of Savannah, Ga., and Karen (George) Annarino of Newark; a son, Frank (Judy) Ivan Jr. of Conifer, Colo.; a brother, William Ressler of Newark; grandchildren, Frank Ivan, III., Jamie Walbright, Erin Palmer, Deana (Srihan) DeLivera, Tammi Mckee, Tracy Kidd, J.C. (Kristi) Annarino; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews; and special friends, Bonnie Overton and Barbara Pealar.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Ross Frost, June 30, 2007.

Friends may call today from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home, 1850 W. Main St., Newark.
