MOUNT VERNON -- A funeral service for William Arthur Cochran, 83, of Mount Vernon will be held Monday, Feb. 25, at 11 a.m. at Utica United Methodist Church, 626 North St., with the Rev. Ric Harvel officiating. Burial will follow in Homer Cemetery.
