MT. ARLINGTON BORO, N.J. — Richard R Kymer, 68, of Mt. Arlington Boro, N.J., passed away Wednesday, Dec. 24, 2008, at Saint Clares Hospital, Dover, N.J.
He was born in Mount Vernon, Ohio. A retired U.S. Army lieutenant colonel, he served in the Vietnam War. He worked as director of sales with Best Western Fairfield Executive Inn, Fairfield, N.J., since 1995.
Survivors include his wife, Saundra K. Kymer; sons, Todd D. Kymer of North Carolina and Scott E. (Reeva) Kymer of New Jersey; sister, Betty Jean Beavers of Kansas; and grandchildren, Brandon, Micaela and Matthew.
Donations are requested in his memory to a charity of choice.
Arrangements are to be arranged at a future date for a burial in Mount Vernon.
