Dawn Lynn Hudyk

FREDERICKTOWN — Dawn Lynn Hudyk, 36, of Fredericktown passed away Saturday evening, Jan. 24, 2009, at her home surrounded by her loving family.

She was born Sept. 21, 1972, in Columbus, a daughter of Donald Manson of Columbus and the late Mary (Robinson) Manson. Dawn was a fanatic fan of Ohio State football. She loved to work on her Dune Buggy with her husband. Dawn was a Catholic by faith.

In addition to father, Dawn is survived by her husband, Micheal Hudyk, whom she married on Nov. 2, 1991; her son, Eric Hudyk of the home; her stepmother, Jackie; a brother, Garrett (Carol) Manson of Columbus; a stepbrother, Darrin (Terry) Leist of Reynoldsburg; a stepsister, Christine (Chris) Duncan of Rochester, N.Y.; and nieces and nephews.

The family will have a memorial service celebrating the life of Dawn on Saturday, Jan. 31, at 11 a.m. at the Dowds-Snyder Funeral Home, 201 Newark Road, Mount Vernon. At Dawn’s request, everyone in attendance, please wear your Ohio State apparel.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that contributions be made to the family for Eric’s educational fund and can be left at the funeral home. Online condolences may be expressed to the family at www.snyderfuneralhomes.com.
