MANSFIELD — Paul Dale Jacobs, 68, of Mansfield died April 9, 2009.
Paul was born June 1, 1940, in Mansfield to Thomas and Grace (Hickey) Jacobs. Paul drove truck for shipping companies and retired in 2005 from Sugarcreek Trucking Co.
Paul is survived by daughters, Vickie (Ernie) Lambright and Teresa Jacobs, both of Mansfield, and Debra (Randy) Napier of Shelby; son, Jeffrey (Deanah) Jacobs of Mount Vernon; 10 grandchildren; a brother, Kenny (Shirley) Jacobs of Mansfield; a sister, Carol Wise of Lexington.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Francis L. (Prosser) Jacobs, who died April 6, 2009; brothers, Donald Hickey, Ted Jacobs and Ned Jacobs; and sisters, Patricia Durbin and Nancy Lawhorn.
Visitation will be April 12, 2009, from 4 to 6 p.m. in the Finefrock Chapel of the Marion Avenue Snyder Funeral Home (former Finefrock Funeral Home), 350 Marion Ave., Mansfield, and one hour prior to the funeral on Monday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home. The Rev. Elena Langstaff will officiate. Burial will follow in Mount Olivet Cemetery.
