MOUNT VERNON — Sandra “Sandi” Antill, 54, of Mount Vernon died May 29, 2009, at the Cleveland Clinic.
She was born June 15, 1954, in Mount Vernon. Sandi was a member of the Church of God on Henry Road. She enjoyed her bingo and traveling, but most of all was a loving wife, mother and grandma who adored her grandchildren.
Sandi is survived by her husband, Ronald Antill; daughters, Mindi (Mike) Curran-Emde of Newark, Mandi (Dennis Breckler Jr.) Davis of Mount Vernon and Bobbi (Clinton Elliott) Davis of Danville; her mother, Evelyn M. Smith of Mount Vernon; stepdaughter, Kristy (Chris) Mortimer of Mount Vernon; a stepson, Brian Antill of Mount Vernon; three brothers, Paul (Becki) Smith, Pat Smith and Jeff Smith, all of Mount Vernon; two sisters, Carol (Bill) Peck and Renae (Andrew) Barnett, both of Mount Vernon; grandchildren, Phoenix, Kylie, Madison, Kamden, Hunter and Kendall; close friend, Liz Tablett of Mount Vernon; and many close family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Gerald E. Smith; brother, Kermit Smith; former husband, Thomas Davis; and an uncle, Charles Davis.
Friends may call on Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Dilley-Lasater Funeral Home, 212 N. Main St., Mount Vernon. Funeral services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at the Church of God, 13160 Henry Road, Mount Vernon, with Brother Seth W. Harding officiating. Burial will follow in Brandon Cemetery.
