UTICA — A funeral service for Annetta Scheff, 85, of Utica will be held Saturday, June 6, at 11 a.m. at Law-Baker Funeral Home, with Bruce Hissong officiating. Burial will follow in Bell Cemetery.
Annetta died June 3, 2009, at LPN Health Care Facility, Newark. She was born July 25, 1923, to the late Paul and Muriel (Evers) VanWinkle in Utica, where she lived all of her life. She was a member of the North Side Church of Christ, a graduate of Utica High School and Biston Beauty School in Columbus, and owner of the Moderate Beauty Shop in Fredericktown for 17 years.
She is survived by husband, Linden E. of Utica, whom she married March 25, 1961; and many cousins.
Friends may call Friday, June 5, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Law-Baker Funeral Home, 34 N Main St., Utica, Ohio.
