HEBRON — A funeral service celebrating the life of Betty Ann Weber, 46, of Hebron will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. in the chapel of the Hoskinson Funeral Home, Kirkersville, with Pastor Brian Harkness as celebrant. Burial will follow in Millersport Cemetery.

Betty died surrounded by her family on Friday evening in Newark following a long illness. She was born May 16, 1963, in Newark, the daughter of the late Richard James and Helen Weber. She was a graduate of Newark Catholic High School, class of 1981, and worked as an insurance agent as long as she was able for Jim Barton & Associates for over 23 years. She was a former member of the Newark Jaycees, The Redneck Women and received a Lifetime Achievement Award in 2007 from NAIFA Licking-Knox counties.

She is survived by her loving family: her son, Patrick of Hebron; sister, Diane Bradford of Jacksontown; brother, Jim Weber of Zanesville; and a niece, Brittany Bradford of Hawaii. Special thanks to the Newark Healthcare facility and her guardian angel, Pansy Queen. She will be missed by her many many friends especially around the lake.

Her family will receive friends on Tuesday from 5 to 8 p.m., and one hour prior to the service at the funeral home, 285 E. Main St., Kirkersville, where an online guest register and video tribute are available at www.hoskinsonfuneral.com. In addition to flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of Central Ohio.
