LOUDONVILLE — Jill M. Weimer, 50, of Loudonville died early Monday morning, July 6, 2009, in Hospice of North Central Ohio, after a very courageous nine-month battle with cancer.
Jill was born Dec. 27, 1958, in Wilkes Barre, Pa., the daughter of Charles and Florence (Lipfert) Fudge. Jill was a 1976 graduate of Loudonville High School, she attended Ohio State University, and graduated from ATI, Wooster. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church and the American Legion Auxiliary. Jill was an employee of Con Agra, Loudonville, for over 27 years. On June 3, 1994, she married Barry Weimer and he died Dec. 16, 2006. She was a beloved wife, daughter, sister and aunt and she will be deeply missed.
She is survived by her mother, Florence Fudge of Loudonville; her sister, Jane (Tim) Hall of Loudonville; her brother, Charles (Sandy) Fudge of King George, Va.; her brother-in-law, Curt (Barb) Weimer of Kansas City, Mo.; her sister-in-law, Melody (Jim) Mayer of Mansfield; her nieces and nephews, Carey Fudge, Brett (Craig) Searles, Davis (Jessica) Hall, Chas Fudge, Adam Hall, Michael Hall, Alex Hall, Katie Weimer and Eric Weimer; her very good friend, Barb Bowers; and many beloved pets.
She was preceded in death by her husband; and her father, Charles Fudge.
Services will be held Thursday, July 9, at 11 a.m. in Byerly-Lindsey Funeral Home, Loudonville, with Pastor Skip Snell of Hospice of North Central Ohio officiating. Burial will be in Loudonville Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. in the funeral home.
