BLACKLICK — A funeral service for Catherine Grace Kissell, 60, of Blacklick, formerly of Utica, will be held Friday, July 10, at 10 a.m. at Law-Baker Funeral Home with Alan Pratt officiating. Burial will follow in South Lawn Cemetery.
Cathy died July 7, 2009, at her residence. She was born Nov. 18, 1948, in Junction City to the late Don E. and Lois Mae (Clouse) Pargeon. She was a lifetime member of the American Legion Post 92, Utica.
She is survived by her husband of 43 years, James K., son, Jason Kissell, daughters, Kim D. Kissell all of Blacklick, Jamie Lynn and Bob Pardee of Johnstown; sisters, Pam and Jim Vogel of Heath, Mae and Terry Hoff of Mount Vernon, Donna Flack of Newark, Sandy and Chuck Cayton of Utica; brothers, Dan Pargeon of Pataskala, Joe Pargeon of Utica; granddaughters, Annika Pardee and Mallorie Kissell; mother-in-law, Kathryn E Kissell of Granville; sisters-in-law, Bev and John Cooke, and Karen and Jeff Hall; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Don Pargeon.
Friends may call Thursday, July 9, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Law-Baker Funeral Home, 34 N. Main St., Utica.
