UTICA — A funeral service for Susan Lynn (Allen) Wright, 60, of Utica will be held Friday, July 31, at 10 a.m. at Law-Baker Funeral Home with Don Allen officiating. Burial will follow in Glen Rest Memorial Estate, Reynoldsburg.
Susan died July 28, 2009, at Knox Community Hospital, Mount Vernon. She was born Aug. 31, 1948, in Mount Vernon to the late Maurice L. and Maxine F. (Cummings) Allen. She was a member of Newark Church of Christ and Utica Fire Department Auxiliary.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Ronald and Allison Wright Jr., and daughter and son-in-law, Taunya and Paul Palumbo, all of Utica; brothers and sisters-in-law, Don and Pat Allen of Newark, David and Linda Allen of St. Louisville, and Mark and Cheryl Allen of Columbus; sister, Marlene Gilbreath of Utica; nine grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald L. Wright Sr., who passed away Oct. 13, 2003.
Friends may call Thursday, July 30, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Law-Baker Funeral Home, 34 N. Main St., Utica.
