Betty L. Schneider

FINDLAY — Mrs. Betty Lucille (Baker) Schneider, 77, of Findlay passed away at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 9, 2009, at Bridge Hospice Care Center while in the company of family members.

Mrs. Schneider was born in St. Louisville, Ohio, on July 23, 1932, the daughter of the late John and Vernie (Devoll) Baker. Betty retired from Harris, formerly known as RCA, in 1993. Betty married Herbert Schneider in Fremont, Ohio, on Nov. 19, 1993, and he survives her.

Betty is survived by three daughters, Pat Reams of Sarasota, Fla., Barbara (Stuart) Hall Phillips of Woodside, Calif.; and Katherine (Dave) Kerr of Bowling Green, Ohio; two sons, Joe Hall of Millbury, Ohio, and Robert (Nina) Hall of Rawson, Ohio; and three stepsons, Ron (Kathleen) Schneider of Bellaire, Texas, Tom (Stephanie) Schneider of Angleton, Texas, and Dave (Kristi) Schneider of Swanee, Ga. She is also survived by a sister, Annabelle Stradley of Utica, Ohio; two brothers, Carl and Jim Baker, both of St. Louisville, Ohio; 10 grandchildren; six stepgrandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Betty was preceded in death by her brother, Raymond Baker.

Funeral services will be private.
