HOMER — A graveside service for David R. Crouse, 49, of Homer will be held Thursday, Aug. 13, at 10 a.m. at Fairview Cemetery, Utica.
David died Aug. 10, 2009, at his residence. He was born Jan. 5, 1960, in Knox County to Curtis N. and Mildred J. (Speer) Crouse. David was a 1978 graduate of Northridge High School and he loved baseball.
He is survived by his father, Curtis N. Crouse of Mount Vernon; brothers, Curtis A. Crouse and Richard N. Crouse, both of Homer; sisters and brother-in-law, Patricia Chambers of Columbus, Sue and Ike Burdette of Gahanna, twin sister, Dianna and Bill Felker of Gainesville, Fla., and Rhonda E. Crouse of Newberry, Fla.; and three nieces.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Mildred J. Crouse, who passed away July 3, 2006.
Law-Baker Funeral Home, 34 N. Main St., Utica, OH 43080, is assisting the family with arrangements.
