HOWARD — Daniel L. “Danny” Marsh, 52, of Howard passed away unexpectedly on Saturday morning, Nov. 28, 2009, at his home.

He was born June 30, 1957, in Lansing, Mich., a son of Viola E. (Pothoof) Marsh of Leslie, Mich., and the late Leslie Marsh Jr. Danny was the warehouse manager for Jones-Zylon Company in West Lafayette. He was a member of the Mount Vernon Seventh Day Adventist Hill Church. His true passion in life was spending time with his family and raising Belgian draft horses.

In addition to his mother, Viola, Danny is survived by his loving wife, Cheryl L. (Kittrell) Marsh, whom he married on Dec. 23, 1989; a daughter, Katelyn J. Marsh of the home; a son, Daniel B. Marsh of the home; and a sister, Debra Merchant of Ooltewah, Tenn.

The family will receive friends today from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Flowers-Snyder Funeral Home, 619 E. High St., Mount Vernon, where a funeral service will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 1, at 3 p.m. with Pastor Lou Toscano officiating. Private burial will be in Sunset View Cemetery in Jonesville, Mich.
