FREDERICKTOWN — Florence A. “Snook” Bradrick, 90, of Fredericktown died Monday, Jan. 4, 2010, at her residence.
Florence was born March 6, 1919, in Tiffin to Joseph and Bessie (Whitmer) Runion. She was a graduate of Tiffin Columbian High School and earned her degree as a Licensed Beautician with the state of Ohio. Florence owned and operated the Village Beauty Shop in Fredericktown for a number of years. She was a member of the Palmyra Church of Christ.
Surviving are her daughter, Marcia (Rick) Shock of Fredericktown, and her sons, Robert (Misty) Shock their son Cameron and Matthew Shock; her niece, whom she raised as her daughter, Betty Pealer of Fredericktown, and her children, Chrala (Tyler) Bowman and Joshua Pealer and his son, Kaden.
Besides her parents, Florence was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Bradrick; her son, James Bradrick; grandsons, Kenneth Michael Bradrick and Gregory Bradrick; sisters, Lucille Denman and Barbara Olsey; and brother, George Runion.
Funeral services will be Thursday, Jan. 7, at 2 p.m. at the Palmyra Church of Christ with Mr. Troy Northrop officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Cemetery in Fredericktown. Friends may call two hours before the funeral service at the church.
