FREDERICKTOWN — Larry D. Riley, 67, of Fredericktown died Friday, Feb. 5, 2010, at his residence following an extended illness.

Larry was born July 6, 1942, in Croton, and had spent his lifetime in the Licking and Knox County areas. He had been employed for 23 years at the Chattanooga Glass Co. in Mount Vernon.

Surviving are his wife, Sandra (Larrick) Riley, whom he married Feb. 8, 1967; his children, L. Dale (Karen Snider) Riley of Newark, Kim (Adam) Riley-Dudgeon of Newark, Scott Riley of Florida and Laura Riley of Hilliard; a granddaughter, Kayla Riley; his mother, Dorothy (Metzger) Riley Stacy of Blacklick; his brother, Mike (Diane) Riley of Columbus; and his sisters, Linda (Dick) Dennis of Blacklick and Cathey (Dean) Bartrug of Georgia.

Larry was preceded in death by his father, Charles Edward Riley; and a brother, Dan Riley.

Per Larry’s wish, the family will observe a private celebration of Larry’s life.
