MOUNT VERNON — Tiffani Alané Baker, 31, of Mount Vernon died Friday evening, Feb. 5, 2010, at her home surrounded by her family.

She was born Jan. 2, 1979, in Petoskey, Mich., a daughter of Jack and Vicki (Kinnard) Whidden of Mount Vernon. Tiffani was a member of the First Church of God on Pine Street in Mount Vernon. Tiffani enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her daughters.

In addition to her parents, Tiffani is survived by her husband, Clinton Baker; and her daughters, Natalie and Katelyn Baker.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, Feb. 10, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Flowers-Snyder Funeral Home, 619 E. High St., Mount Vernon.

A funeral service will be held Thursday, Feb. 11, at 11 a.m. at the First Church of God, 10 Pine St., Mount Vernon, with Rev. William Fulda officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Valley Cemetery near Howard.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Natalie and Katelyn’s education fund at Capital Bank and Trust, 135 S. Main St., Mount Vernon, OH 43050.
