MOUNT VERNON — Virginia Lee Robins died Sunday, Feb. 7, 2010, after a long illness. She is finally at peace.

She was born in Wareham, Mass., to Robert and Amy (Grunshow) Eldridge on Feb. 28, 1942. She was a graduate of Penacook High School in 1960.

Gini was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Karen Lee Lampron; and a grandson, Justin Tyler Richert.

She was a loving mother, nanny, sister, aunt and friend. She will be missed by many in this life but will be reunited with them in the next.

She loved to cook and anyone who had the pleasure of eating her cooking will definitely miss it. She enjoyed to crochet, read, entertain, and do crafts.

Gini leaves behind four loving children, Maureen (Jerry) Richert, Doug (Karen) Lampron, Donna McClain and David (Christine) Lampron. She will be missed by her 11 grandchildren: Kyle Richert, Kaceylynn Lampron, Breanna Lampron, Mandy Lampron, Christopher McClain, Marcey McClain, Heather McClain, Kaitlyn Lampron, David Lampron, Faith Lampron and Elijah Lampron. She also leaves behind three sisters, Lucy (Bill) Sargent, Maureen Eldridge and Linda Eldridge; and many nieces and nephews.

Friends may call Tuesday, Feb. 9, 2010, from 2 to 4 p.m. at Dilley-Lasater Funeral Home, 212 N. Main St., where a memorial service will begin at 4 p.m., with Pastor Joe Overholt officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made in Virginia’s memory to a charity of one’s choice.
