Odean’s happiest times were at family get-togethers. He was a quiet man, who just enjoyed watching his grandchildren playing games and being themselves. He loved to take his great-grandchildren fishing, and watching them play sports. He also enjoyed listening to country music, bird watching, and deer hunting with his sons. He taught his kids how to shoot guns, drive a car, and right from wrong, along with strong family values. He was a proud man, and wonderful, loving dad. He will be deeply missed by his family.
A funeral service will be held Friday, March 5, at 1 p.m. at the North Bend Church of the Brethren, 24474 Orange Hill Road, Danville, OH 43014. Pastor Patrick Bailey will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visiting will be from noon until service time.
