MOUNT VERNON — William S. Hull, 82, of Mount Vernon died Thursday afternoon, March 25, 2010, at The Laurels of Mount Vernon.

He was born March 8, 1928, in Utica, son of the late John and Leontine (Wonders) Hull. William worked for the former PPG plant in Mount Vernon and was a homebuilder.

William is survived by a daughter, Rebecca Lawson of Martinsburg; a son, David (Tina) Hull of Martinsburg; his companion, Vera Clifton of Mount Vernon; grandchildren Shelton Hull, Dustin Lawson, Jessica (Derick) Busenburg, Hillary Myers and Christian (Tracy) Clifton; four great-grandchildren; a brother, Lloyd Hull of Bellville; sisters, Ila Butler of Wooster, Mary (Marcel) Boucher of Mount Vernon and Shirley Ewalt of Mount Vernon; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, William was preceded in death by a brother, Myers Hull.

The family will have a private service at a later date.
