WESTERVILLE — Jack L. “Jacko” Westfall, 62, of Westerville died April 13, 2010.
He was born Feb. 24, 1948, in Ireland, W.Va., and was a U.S. Army veteran. A 30-plus year employee of General Electric Super Abrasives, after retirement he was a “gator engineer” with Polaris Centers of Commerce.
Surviving are wife, Lois “Peach” (Simard); children, Jesse, Billy “Willy,” Miranda “Mirandy” Brandt; seven grandchildren; his mother, Pauline L. (Blagg); brother, Bill; sisters, Jane Coleman, Nancy Beekman. Preceded in death by father, Clarence; and granddaughter, Ryann Brandt.
Friends may call Sunday, 2-6 p.m. at DeVore-Snyder Funeral Home, Sunbury, where a service celebrating his life will be Monday at 10 a.m. with Pastor Wayne Booth officiating. Interment in Burnside Cemetery with military honors provided by the Delaware County Veterans Association.
