MOUNT VERNON — H. Bryce Harwell, 45, of Coshocton Avenue, Mount Vernon, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, May 19, 2010.

He was born Dec. 3, 1964, in Mount Vernon to the late Buddy Gene Harwell and Jo Ann (Bland) Clements. Bryce previously worked at Flexible in Delaware, Mr. Pizza in Mount Vernon, and previously owned and operated the Vernonview Driving Range. He enjoyed golfing and spending quality time with his children.

He is survived by two sons, Cruz Harwell and Brody Harwell, both of Mount Vernon; a brother, Buddy Harwell of Mount Vernon; grandmother, Dorothy Harwell of Westerville; stepmother, Sue Harwell of Mount Vernon; stepfather, Frank Clements of Florida; stepbrothers, Greg Butler of Worthington and Dave Butler of Mount Vernon; and stepsister, Pam Shafer of Mount Vernon.

Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his grandfather, William Harwell.

A gathering of friends will be held Friday, June 4, at 7 p.m. at the Hiawatha Golf Course Pavilion.
