CROTON — Oshell Wheeler, 92, of Croton died Sunday, May 30, 2010, at Wintersong Village, Delaware.

She was born in Flat Gap, Ky., on Sept. 27, 1917, to the late George and Sarah (Estep) Cantrell.

Survived by children, Windell Wheeler of Delaware, Carolyn Cline of Mount Vernon, Johnny Wheeler of Granville, Ronnie Wheeler of Mount Vernon; three grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; sisters, Opal Williams, Phyllis Azbell, Mildred Faye, Marie Rose; brothers, Earl Cantrell, Clyde Cantrell, Bill Cantrell.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Burch M. Wheeler; son-in-law, Tom Cline; brother, Gene Cantrell.

Friends may call Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at DeVore-Snyder Funeral Home, Sunbury, where a service will be Thursday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Julie Carmean officiating. Interment will follow in Hartford Cemetery in Croton.
