MOUNT VERNON — Bryant Arthur Snyder, 21, of Mount Vernon died June 11, 2010, from injuries he sustained in an automobile accident.

He was born May 18, 1989, in Newark to Arthur Edwin and Dianna (Salley) Snyder II. Bryant was a 2007 Mount Vernon High School graduate and was employed by Wal-Mart in Mansfield.

He is survived by his father, Arthur Edwin Snyder II; sisters, Britney (Chad) Hartley and Elaine Skaggs, both of Newark, Hannah and Holly Snyder, both of Mount Vernon; his stepmother, Tonya Boucher of Mount Vernon; stepfather, Timothy L. Craig of Howard; brother, Ryan (Mindi) Rogers of Mount Vernon; paternal grandparents, Arthur (Judith) Snyder of Fredericktown; maternal grandfather, Robert Salley of Sanger, Texas; stepgrandparents, Jeff (Norma) Boucher and Joe (Sheila) Craig, both of Mount Vernon; niece, Kara Hartley, and a nephew, Carson Hartley, both of Newark; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.

Bryant was preceded in death by his mother, Dianna Craig; and maternal grandmother, Dorothy Salley.

There will be no calling hours. Graveside funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in Mount Vernon Memorial Gardens with Pastor Don Matolyak officiating. The Dilley-Lasater Funeral Homes are assisting the Bryant Snyder family with funeral arrangements.
