MANSFIELD — Tony Douglas Surber, 46, of Mansfield died June 17, 2010, at OSU Medical Center in Columbus following an extended illness.

Tony was born May 29, 1964, in Butler to Douglas W. and Betty J. (Crose) Surber. He was an avid outdoorsman, who enjoyed fishing, boating and camping, loved motorcycles, enjoyed music, and had a very big heart.

He is survived by a daughter, Kyra Carroll; his parents; a brother, Greg Surber, and fiancee, Felicia Robson; special friend, Karen Pena; and close cousins, Brian Horsley and Tammi (Horsley) Fultz.

Tony was preceded in death by his grandparents.

Calling hours will be Monday, June 21, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Werner-Gompf Funeral Services Ltd., 1106 Park Ave. East, Mansfield. Funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. with Pastor Earl Tackett officiating. Burial will be in Windsor Cemetery.
