MANSFIELD — Sharon Kay Dillon, 65, of Mansfield died Thursday, July 1, 2010, in the emergency room of MedCentral Mansfield Hospital.
She was born July 23, 1944, in Mansfield to John B. and Grace E. (Prosser) Poorman. She had worked with Bender Loudon Motor Freight, Edge Plastics and Puffs Cigarettes and Tobacco, and had attended Ridgeway Church of God.
Survived by her husband, Patrick Dillon; their son, Jeffrey Dillon; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brother, John P. (Janet) Poorman; sister, Shirley Cervone; and aunt, Pauline Rowe of Mount Vernon.
Preceded in death by her parents; sister, Carolyn Williams; brother-in-law, Ralph Cervone; and niece, Deborah Williams.
Friends may call Monday, July 5, from 4 to 8 p.m. in the Lexington Avenue Snyder Funeral Home, Mansfield, where funeral service will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. Pastor John Dodds will officiate. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Memorial Park.
