NEW YORK, N.Y. -- Marjorie K. McGoldrick, 88, of New York, N.Y., formerly of Martinsburg, died at her residence on July 1, 2010.
MOUNT VERNON -- Juan Manuel García Passalacqua, one of Puerto Rico’s best known political analysts, an advisor to two Puerto Rican governors and one U.S. president, an educator, author and lawyer, a husband, father and grandfather, died Friday, July 2, 2010, at age 73 in Mount Vernon, Ohio, where he spent his final days in the care of his family.
SUNBURY -- Emerson W. "Woodie"Roshon, 90, of Sunbury died July 1, 2010, at his residence.
