MOUNT VERNON — James E. Kramer, 63, of Mount Vernon died Sunday, July 4, 2010, at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Cleveland.
James was born Dec. 8, 1946, in Houston, Texas, to the late Joseph and Jean (Bowers) Kramer and served with the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War.
Survived by his wife, Lorna A. (Waddell) Kramer, who subsequently died on July 9, 2010; his son, David William Kramer of Mount Vernon; his daughter, Marcie Lyn (Joe Castro) Cantu-Castro of Mount Vernon; grandchildren, James E. Cantu, Robert A. Cantu, Richard A. Cantu, Kyra Lyn Kramer and David Mark Kramer; and his brother, Joseph W. Kramer of Mount Vernon.
A memorial service for both Lorna and James Kramer will be Sunday, July 18, at 4 p.m. at the Community Building of Colonial Terrace, 8927 Columbus Road, Mount Vernon.
